Very well stated, Mark. Search engines, the Blogosphere, Social Media… that’s where prospects start now. If you don’t have a disciplined approach to reaching people where they are, attracting them to your website, educating your visitors so they want to contact you, then measuring what works, your business is going to be at a disadvantage.
